Review + Giveaway ~ Everything Between Us by Mila Ferrera

Daniel’s got everything figured out. He makes a good living as an artist ... mostly through offering "private shows" to the wives of local wealthy businessmen. He never stops playing the game and never lets anyone touch his heart. But when his current fling offers him a few hundred an hour for art lessons for her reclusive, college-dropout daughter, Daniel finds himself forgetting his own rules. The girl is rude. Insulting. Incredible.

And she sees straight through him.

Stella is hiding from the world, not because she wants to, but because crippling panic attacks await her every time she tries to live a normal life. She's determined to push everyone--including her handsome new art teacher—away. But Daniel makes it utterly impossible. The guy is irritating. Mocking. Magnetic.

And makes her want things she knows she can never have.

What starts as a battle of wills turns into passion, where giving in means facing the things that scare them most.
Everything Between Us was a wonderful read. This was a book that broke my heart, I laughed as well as cried but was hot and steamy as well. I absolutely fell in love with Daniel. Daniel was an artist that hid himself so that nobody knew the true him. But he was so sweet, attentive, caring, compassionate, understanding, considerate, supportive, protective, strong, and loyal, what was not to love about him. Daniel played the money and power game with the important housewives.

Stella was a 20 year old young woman whom left college because of her severe panic attacks. Her parents didn't support her, really only made it worse. My heart broke for her and her struggles. Liza, Stella' s mother hired Daniel to give her art lessons. To begin with Stella and Daniel had a love-hate relationship. She saw right through Daniel and continuously " busted his balls". The banner between the two was hilarious. The attraction between them was steamy but Stella was inexperienced and had lots to work through as well as did Daniel.

This was an excellent read that tested all of your emotions. I had a hard time putting this book because I couldn't wait to find out what happened next. I was pulling so hard for Stella and Daniel, hoping they could get past their issues. I highly recommend this book.

  4. Great review. My FIL still suffers from panic attacks to this day. Not an easy thing to live with and it takes the support as well as time and space from every one to get through them sometimes.
