  1. It's early and the brain isn't firing on all cylinders yet but Eve Dallas is one of my favs. She's kick ass, no questions asked heroine who just does what needs to be done. It helps that she's married to a hot as hell Irishman with a sexy brogue.

  17. I just noticed, have you ever noticed how many heroines' have masculine names or are called by the masculine form of their name? Ex, Sam, Stevie....

  18. I agree with you re: Sam! Also think Mercy Thompson from Patricia Briggs' novels that start with Moon Called, and Toby Daye from Seanan McGuire's great Fae series are right up there!

  39. Wow, I haven't read any of the series you listed except for the first book in Eden's LOST series. My fav. heroine is Mercy Thompson from the series by Patricia Briggs. She's intelligent and thinks before a$$kicking and stays nice.
