Review ~ Outback Affair (Affair #3) by Annie Seaton

Jessica Trent wants to be a full-time writer for Cuisine magazine, but in order to land the gig she has to snare a one-on-one with the reclusive Alessandro Ricardo, a man hell-bent on staying out of the limelight. The last thing she expects as she heads to Crocodile Springs resort in northern Australia is to end up traveling across the Outback with a rugged and far too sexy barramundi fisherman.

Ex-lawyer Alex Richards protects his privacy and his heart in equal measure. So when a Yankee bombshell in need of a ride turns up and threatens both, he decides to teach her a lesson. As they make their way through the wild country together, the attraction between them ignites. Alex must choose between his heart or letting go of his past ... and will Jessica understand why he lied once she finds out who he really is?
Outback Affair was a Fun, sweet read. Jess left New York to get away from her powerful rich father and get a career breaking interview from the elusive Alessandro Ricardo in Australia. Jess left New York without much planning, not even a place to stay much less prepared for the wet season. Jess' s character was great, she was kind, naive, sweet, funny and determined even though she only brought open toe shoes, and dress clothes including lots of silk.

Lucky for her she met Alex, whom helped her. Alex was funny, charming, easy-going, kind, caring and teased Jess relentlessly. Alex had been burned and never wanted a serious relationship again. With neither wanting a relationship and both keeping secrets, it made sparks between them stronger. This was a great read that I highly recommend. I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for my honest review, All thoughts and opinions are my own.
